I have this same problem. It is not anxiety as I am not an anxious person but I did get anxious during one of the episodes because I thought I was going to pass out and I was home alone with two babies. I do have thyroid issues and wonder if it is related somehow. My blood pressure also gets affected and I found out that I was not getting enough salt. When I do not eat enough salt, my blood pressure drops and my ankles swell to the point of pitting edema. I found that when I eat salt, the swelling in my ankles goes away and my blood pressure gets better. It seems that I mostly get the dizzy feeling during hot weather. It is not hydration, as I did a test of drinking as much as I could and it did not help. Hydrating only diluted what little salt I had in my body. Just now, I was feeling so dizzy that I could not stand it and I went and ate some salt right before writing this post. I already feel better. Wow. EAT MORE SALT EVERYONE! I am convinced now.

Hi I am only 15,

But i have been feeling really abnormal since i have been staying with my dad  for the past three weeks..

And after i had gotten a minor fight with my 17 year old brother at the lake i have been feeling different.

When we got into that fight (while still in the water) he hit my head pretty hard a couple of times, i dont know if i may have a concussion or something. I havent been able to really have a craving for food, like i dont get hungry, i am extremly tired alot. i just dont know what to do. I do get lightheaded ALOT during the day when i get up, but i am pretty sure thats much it. It scares me how i cant really eat or stand up without getting lightheaded or getting a mild headache.

i know how hard it is having axiety disorder. conventional doctors are not of great help and the medicine they give you. please try a cognitive behaviour cousellor or have acupuncture treatments. it works for your condition!!!!

Hi it's Anita here, I wrote awhile back with the issue of being lightheaded 24/7.  Since that reply I have some news that may help some of you.  After feeling like life was just to hard to function living with this condition, and having the ENT specialtist and my G.P say there was nothing more they could do for me and for the fact I had run out of options, with booking my eye test, hearing test and all the numerous tests that the Doc did.  I had C.T scans, blood tests, ultra sounds, sinus opperation, even looking for blockages in my arterial arteries in my neck.  All clear.  Which is fine if I felt o.k.  So my last attempt was a trip to the Neurologist, that took a 4 mth wait.  BUT, I have found some information which may help some of you.  He said it was rubbish there was nothing could be done for me, which gave me hope instantly.  He did some balance tests which I felt fine then booked me in for a balance test.  (Which can make you feel sick) I am also booked in for a M.R.I next week.  Then back to see him with the results end of June.  The news he gave me was he is confidient I have Chronic Migrainous Vertigo.  Just put in  "Vertigo and Migraine" in google, it has alot of info, The Doc printed out info for me  ---  -------Vertigo and Magraine | Headache NewsBlog   www.nyheadache.com/blog/?p=103         (PDF) Chronic Migrainous Vertigo_Migraine_AssociatedVertigo   www.mvertigo.org/articles/Chronic_Migrainous_Vertigo.Pdf   by J Waterston, it has a case study.

i have the same symptoms of being liteheaded n dizzy almost most of the day everyday and i have passed out 4x now in last 3 wks, and i am also a type 1 diabetic for 30 years. however my bloodsugars aren't causing this and im not having anxiety, but i can barely walk across the room without having to top and grab onto the wall hoping i dont pass out again. my heart isnt racing but i am tired more often han normal, and ihave a 1 yr old and 16 yr old that need me, not sure what it is bt starting to concern mme moree n more each day.

I have been talking to lots of diffrent doctors. Some family members who are doctors and herbalists. Here is the summary of what I heard from them -
1. Drink electral for electral imbalance or check for glucose imbalance
2. Get rid of bad bactria in your stomach using some probiotics and medicine
3. Eat frequent small meals
4. Check for ear infection
5. Drink lots of water

I am trying all of the above and my dizzyness has shifted from day time to night time. I feel dizzy when my toddler wakes me up in the middle of the night. I am ok during the day.
I will be talking to few more people and will post if I find something,

Your not the only one having these problems I too share those same exact symptoms... I randomly get dizzy and lightheaded but it usually happens the most when I awake in the a.m. and alot when I stretch during the day... I have passed out before I keep throwing out going to the doctor because I hate to miss work...im thinking screw it and just go

Im almost 16 and ive been getting light headed, sick to my stomach, and very dizzy. It seems like the room is spining and i have to grab on to something or sit down. Ive also been getting sick to my stomach alot. They thought i had low blood sugar but my blood sugar is alway fine. I dont know whats going on and im scared to tell my mom. I do play sports and im worried ill have to stop. If anyone know what might be going on with me please help me.

I've been getting the same feeling and i'm only 16, for me i get a really bad light heads, very dizzy, i cant stand or talk, i cant see and i sweat. It could last up to 15-20 minutes unless i get something sugary to eat. I get them every couple of months. I take my multi-vitamins most days. I took one today and only for my uncle being a dibetic and having diabetic sweets (dextro-energy tablets) i would of fainted, i usually get so bad that im on the verge of fainting.

I can fully understand all of the posts here not only do I feel this way but my mother , What I try to do is use some aromatherapy, I put peppermint oil in a little roll top bottle ,,and put on the top of my head - seems to loosen up sinuses and makes me focus better (do not go close to eyes and the tears will come for awhile anyhow from the scent ) Breath through your nose alot and try to drop your shoulders everytime you breath out throw the nose , lavender also helps , chamomile tea. I think alot of our problems are stress ,related and weather also . In my mothers case ,, all of this plus vertigo ,blood pressure ,,and the more we worry about it the worse

Seems like everyone feels this ways ,society does not help this ,

For me.. CANIDA virus is the reson...I have been takinhg herbal medicine to get rid of Candida and it has been working well for me..

I avoid sugar and crbs in my diet and take probiotics supplements...

70% peope suffer from Candida overgrowth in their body but never are bale to diagnose...

 

goole candida and you should be able to get an answer..

Learn to breath properly, it is important to know how to breath correctly.  Try to relax it is probably anxiety and worrying about it will only make it worse.  I have been dealing with it and other anxiety symptoms for years.

I get light head a lot, never completely passed out but, I've collapsed. Its not dehydration. At one point I was immediately rushed to the hospital and they did blood work and nothing was unusual. Not anxiety either, my doctor actually started laughing when she got the report for the hospital for that, since it was one of first things she had me get test for. I'm pretty laid back and the few times I've been under a lot of stress it wasn't any worse. The only thing that they've determined is that my blood pressure basically bottoms out. Lack of sleep and eating and being sick triggers it, or at least makes it more likely, but sometimes it just happens and none of the doctors I've been to can figure out why. I'm also tired a lot. It doesn't seem to matter how much or how little sleep I get.
