I've had similar symptoms of dizziness for the past week now (I understand it's not as bad as the folks who has had it for months or years), but I've learned to be positive about it. I believe I started feeling dizzy after staring at the computer screen for too long... Now I've done this before and had slight headaches and I assumed that it would go away the next day (as it did before in the past) but the lightheadedness continued to persist. I panicked at first which led to a bit of anxiety but I learned to soothe and relax myself and my anxiety went away; however, the lightheadedness was still there. It is annoying and frustrating, but I realized that keeping myself occupied and not worrying about what might happen to me made it a lot better, even if I was still feeling dizzy.
I also went to the gym to workout. The first day I was lifting, it felt really hazy but after I was finished I felt a lot better. I worked out again the next day and my mind was clear, I'd say like 95% clear. I was excited and decided to go on my computer again. It was good at first but the more I concentrated and reading texts my mind became fuzzy again. That's when I started to get anxiety again... I noticed that bright lights and straining of the eye caused me to feel dizzy again. I suggest that if you use your computer for extended amounts of time, you should keep the brightness setting to the lowest... I felt a noticeable difference when I adjusted the settings (in terms of dizziness).
Now this morning, it was as bad as the first morning I woke up with the feeling of dizziness. Felt anxious, had no appetite and I thought it was just going to get worse. But I kept positive and decided that this "brain fog" is nothing to worry about. I decided to keep myself occupied. I played the piano, studied, and read books (trying to stay away from the computer...) I felt there is a bit of an improvement, although that dizziness feeling is still there. I'm going to go workout again today to see if that helps and will update on my progress.
In all, I believe the best way to feel better is to STAY POSITIVE (really important), workout and be occupied.
