When I drew back my foreskin today I noticed something like a pimple or a swelling. So when my penis is fully erect this part of the foreskin unfurls on the outside of the head, and when my penis gets soft, it goes back in - so it's mostly on the inside. I've tried touching it and there's no pain, nor any real discomfort during masturbation... It doesn't even feel like there's any fluid inside or anything, it's just hard. And the best way I can sum it up is that it looks like a pimple, just not white and not fluidy.
