on shaft of my penis there are like 4-5 white bumps on each side under the head of my penis, i tried to pop it to see if puss or anythin would come out but nothing did

Should be normal unless its causing you pain or discomfort. Do not try to pop it. Only thing I would recommend is to make sure you clean yourself properly when you shower. If you're still concerned about it, go see a doctor.
