I am going to have some diet but I still haven't decided which one. I have been hearing a lot about vegans. I want to decide finally what to do. I would like to hear something about long term vegans pros and cons from someone who is impartial. I am going to swimming because of overweight and I am 25 years old.
I am not vegan so I can say that I am impartial. The advantage of this kind of nutrition is decreased possibility of cholesterol, heart diseases and coronary problems. Also it can help you with your overweight. But disadvantage is that you may have to take addition vitamin B12 and vitamin D, iron, calcium, zinc and riboflavin, especially if you are swimming and using more energy.
