Hello,
HEALING THE WOUND:
If your frenulum has been cut the scar tissue(may be white) will after healing be prone to get wounded again.
While the wound is healing you can use a product like desitin (diaper cream) maximum strength witch has 40%zinc dioxide. The zinc dioxide is the element that heals the penis faster and better. If you cant find 40% dioxide creams (many diaper rash creams have less) even a 15% will make the healing better.
You can apply to the wound tissue and a small piece of cotton. Put the cotton point that has the cream on the wound and put a bandage or a bandage tape above it to keep it there. Clean gently after removing the tape and repeat. It can take a week or more.
REHABILITATION:
At the beginning DONT JERK OFF WITH YOUR FORESKIN, retract it.
Start with lube and by rubbing.
After the wound seems healed if you jerk off or f**k the color may get red under the skin because the skin on top did not cut but the vessels broke under it. Let it rest and apply the cream, massage it to see if it gets red again.
I do not advice to use it at this point but if you can gently massage it is better than no action.
MASSAGE IT ONLY AFTER THE TOP WOUND SKIN IS CLOSED.
After that you can start using "scar tissue massage" on the area.
BE GENTLE BEGIN VERY CAREFUL AND SLOW AND AS TIME PASSES USE MORE TENSION USE LUBE.
1. Stretch the skin and hold for a bit.
2. Press and drag the fingers to move blood from the stronger neighboring tissue to the scar.
This one might be painful(sting pain) be gentle and slow, use pressure and less speed:
3. Message the scar following the line(direction) of the scar by putting a soft part of your hand ON
the scar. Work inside your tolerance level. Try both directions.
Take 8 to 10 session of massage and feel if it gets better and less painful.
It will depend on the severity of the wound and scar.
After this try to jerk off with foreskin. That is actually tough for the foreskin especially at high speeds. Again start slow and progress to more tension.
It can become disheartening and frustrating facing this problem, keep your mind calm in the process of healing.
Good luck.
