Hi all.

I have just passed through the menopause and I am truly delighted to say that it is over and I feel great. No more hot flushes or anything! Yay! What I am left with now is some excess weight that I am convinced resulted from the menopause. So, now that I am post menopausal, there are probably some things that I can do to rid myself of this additional weight. Can anyone advise me in this matter?
