I believe that you are in the constant fear because of the fear of broken hymen and losing virginity is not that easy as you might think. especially if you are scared. I know the feeling, whatever you do, is not enough and you can't relax.
I would not recommend you to take any pain killers because this will go away after the first time. Next sex won't be painful like your first sex.
just like you, my first "sex" was just a try. I believe that my ex-boyfriend and I were trying to break my hymen more than 7 times. It was hard.
when the eight night came, it was time to try again. I was scared so I took one vodka :/ It helped me a lot because I was relaxed.
now, I am not saying that you should take an alcohol, I just want to tell that this is all in your head.
you can try regualar old pain killers to relieve the pain of penetration. It might also help to talk to someone you know and trust about this like a friend or distant cousin. haha. really though if you are both at the level of this relationship emotionally the physical part is a side dish.
wen it was my first time, it hurt like hell wen he tried to put it in..so i wud tell him to stop..then we'd try again an again...u jus gotta be wet enough...an it will go through...try lots of foreplay (his fingers can do the trick too...)

have you had success yet? my bf and i are in the same boat. we have tried multiple times to have sex but so far no success due to enormous amounts of pain and have also tried all the things you have listed and attempted. it feels like my vagina is blocked other than the hymen, which i know is not true, but either way things aren't working out. let me know when you have success and how! and i will post back if vice versa....

I was having the same problem...and i am old and still in the same situation. from what i have learn you need to start using a vibrator or better a dildo...by youself. this will help to open up your virgina and help you to become comfortable. start doing it as much as you can for a few months. thats what i am doing and i think it is preparing me for when i am ready again.
