I had a bleed in the brainstem which has resulted in no balance and paralyzed right side of the face.  Is there anything i can do or take to get my balance back.  I am home alone 24/7 and feel as though i am alone.  i dont see or talk to anyone.  i heard stemcells and colostrum will help but as soon as they found out i had no money because i cant work they dont want to know like most i have tried.  Instead i have to cope on my own and i live for the day when someone can help.  I have just been told bayleaf tea, nutmeg and cloves so as there is nothing to lose im trying it.
