It sounds like your friend has effectively learned that she is too young and immature, physically, mentally, and emotionally, to be having sex. It sounds like she was not ready to have sex and now she has a dumptruck full of fears and regrets. She also sounds depressed, which is another sure sign she was not ready to be having sex. Most likely the blood was from her hymen breaking. The most important question to ask as far as pregnancy is concerned is if she and her partner used protection, which would most likely be a condom, as someone that young is highly unlikely to be on the pill. If not, then she could be pregnant, the only way to know is to take a pregnancy test (assuming she should have already started her period). In the future your friend needs to be sure to use protection when she has sex (to prevent both pregnancy and STDs) or else she might end up an unwed teenage mother smoking a carton of Virginia Slims when her trailor park gets filmed for COPS.
