My last period was on May 9th of 2009 and now is November of the same year. I havn't had it since, I don't know what to do. Is there anything that I can do to make it come? a special type of exercise or something I can eat? But nothing that includes pills or medicine. Something natural, anything! :-)
This happened to mewhen I lost a lot of weight, it then took 2 years for my periods to come back, a friend of mine had hers stop for 4 months. Have you lost a lot of weight recently? Also if you have increased exercise or just changed your habits in a lot of ways it could lead to your periods stopping. I tried loads of things to get my periods back but none worked, they just came back one day after I stopped trying to make them come. try not to stress about it, they'll probably come back on their own, just try to get enough nutrition maybe?
