In order for pregnancy to occur, there has to be ejaculate in the vagina (up to) three to five days before ovulation, the day of, or the day after for conception to occur.
There is only about a 20-25% chance of pregnancy every month.
That being said.
With your use of a condom, and the fact that you pulled out before you ejaculated in the condom (nearly proving that it's unlikely that your condom might have slipped off), you should be in the clear.
Also.
To continue making you feel better, it's impossible for her to feel pregnancy symptoms two days after sex. The egg is released and only lives for 12-48 (depending on where you read it), then it takes about six days to travel down into the uterus before implanting and building up the hormone (hCG) to cause symptoms.
You should be fine. Keep using condoms, and if you feel there might be a chance in the future that you could get her pregnant, you two should talk about her starting a birth control regimen.
Good luck.
