My wife doesnt get pregnant because of my low sperm count... im saying its because my sperm doesnt shoot out... is there any way i can make it come with a force??

How long have you been trying to get pregnant? It can take up to a year of regular intercourse.
No "shooting out" is not a problem. A great deal of men just "ooze." You can't tell your sperm count from appearances. Go see a urologist or fertility specialist and get a semen analysis. It's the only way to know.
If it has been a year, your wife should also see a fertility specialist. She can expect a full phyiscal and internal exam, including blood work.
