I had an ultrasound two weeks ago. The doc said one of my daughter's kidneys is ok, behind the rib cage. But the right kidney is still in her pelvic area. I have to be monitored and go back in 6 weeks to see if her kidney has moved up to the correct place. I'm nervous/scared. What would happen if it hasn't moved up? Would she need surgery after she's born? Would I need an emergency c-section?

Please don't be overly concerned by this yet. It is unlikely you'd need an emergency c-section.
Many people have a "pelvic kidney" and they don't know about it. It doesn't usually cause any problems. Worst case, even if the kidney doesn't develop properly, she still has another and can live normally.
Technology is great but it can alarm us unnecessarily. Think about what we would have done (known) without the ultrasound? Nothing.
She'll be fine.
