Ovarian cyst especially since you get it cyclically. They are fairly common but you should consider an ultrasound to make sure.

I have recently had a very similar experience. Over the last five years, I've been told off and on I have bacterial vaginosis, been treated with flagyl for abnormal bleeding in between periods...which blood does change the PH of your vaginal vault, so yeah there probably was some bacteria in there, but only because of the bleeding. Anyway, with this last episode that I bled for a solid month, my Dr. did an exam and noticed tenderness over my left ovary, which then resulted in an ultrasound that revealed a cyst/tumor (you don't no if it is a simple-fluid filled cyst-benign or complex mass-which could be cancerous, unless you remove it or biopsy. The bleeding has now subsided. Either way my symptoms now are bloating, urinary frequency and this weird burning sensation around my left ovary. Since I have a couple of the symptoms of ovarian cancer (early stage symptoms) I think I will insist on the removal of the cyst (if indeed that is what it is). I see my Obgyn tomorrow, I'll let y'all know what they tell me. Knowledge is power.

For 26months I've been to many many doctors even was in so much pain and ambulance took me from work, after testing and colonoscopy and g.I test my Dr told me to see a o.b so I did and she said I was fine.......I'm not fine I got a new Dr I'm having a hysterectomy on Friday. My pain is under my belly button (uterus) and my left ovary. The entire bottom and left of my stomach has severe burning and when I stand up it's pulling and it is painful all the way through my skin. I have endometriosis which I knew about and adenomyosis which isn't spoke of much. After I have my hysterectomy and the pain is gone I will no for sure 100% that this is where my pain is coming from and I will make a u tube video about adenomyosis. My pain is horrible and gets worse with each passing period...bending over is awful. I have pain for two weeks during and after my cycle then it seems to come and go until my period comes back. Track ur pain and cycles and u can figure out if it is for sure your female organs. Someone told me I had to much yeast in my belly but no no this isn't that had that test done and took about a million probiotics. Good luck in your journey I pray mine is just about over.

Hi, i have a tight burning pain in the very low right side, while having the pelvis scanned there was an incidental find that my appendix was inflammed, of course not bad enough to have it out. The pain isn't always present, i have complained to my doctor and he said the appendix can grumble away for ages before it gets really bad, i have been putting up with this for over 12mths, my doctor has sent a referral to the hospital and hopefully they can book me in and get the appendix out.

See another doctor for a second opinion. Someone in your area that is a renown gynocologist, if possible. Don't wait one more minute!

Has this gotten any better? I have the same symptoms as you and I hurt as I type this. Was put on birth control, hasn't seemed to help much as far as the pain goes.

I have the same symptoms for about 4 years now. I was wondering if you could update us on your condition. I am curious to know how your hysterectomy worked.
