A lump on your testicle is something that a doctor or health care professional should check out. Make an appointment, or visit your health care clinic as soon as possible. With your age, you may have to have a parent with you, but don't let that delay you. Just tell them you have a question for the doctor about your development. That's true.
If they won't take you without more info, you either explain, or go yourself.

...Here's another thought after I wrote the above. You might be able to ask your school sports coach to help you out. If he or a trainer are available, they almost always hold a routine physical that includes a hernia check before clearing an athlete to play sports. That would be a good opportunity to broach the subject. A trainer might be able to advise you on health care clinic for you to go to, but this assumes that your parents aren't in the picture.
The bottom line is still for you to get seen by a professional. One way or the other, ok?
