Hi everyone! I have recently started a new work out regime, and have signed up for my local soccer team as well. Generally I feel a lot healthier now, but I got tackled the other night and now have a lump on my calf muscle. Is this serious, or will it go away by itself? Please help me!
I say give the leg a rest for a few weeks and it will probably go away again. Sports injuries are very common, especially for those who have just started sports and whose muscles need to get used to being used much more. If it goes on, and keeps bothering you even after a few weeks, you should see a doctor though.
