Lump on my testicle

I need some serious advise... I am a 21 y/o m with no major PMHx NKDA, and i take no Rx meds. Since i was about 17 years old i have had a small lump forming on my left testicle, at an earlier age I had similar lumps form in the same general area, but these were much like zits on my skin, i could squeeze them, and they would bust and a thick white fluid would come out, not nearly as fluid as puss, it had a consistance of mud??? I dont really know how to explain it. But since i was about 17 there has been one that would not burst, and only hurt when squeezed. it got progressively lager, but has stopped growing recently. about a year ago I got really worried and tried to cut it open with an IV stylet and it bled alittle bit, only capilary bleeding, i didnt cut very deep. and now i have been with my girlfriend for about a year and a half, and we are both getting worried, i have no insurance or i would have seen a Dr already, and to tell the truth i dont even know what kind of Dr to see. Reading some research earlier i dont believe it to be a spermatocele cause the s/s dont quiet coinside. If someone could get back with me ASAP i would be greatful HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! I dont know what to do!!! :-(
