Hi, Im a 27yr old male and i was checking over my balls and i found a lump on the skin of my sack. It doesnt hurt to the touch and it is on the right side of my sack and is close to the sides by my right leg. I didnt know if it were a underskin pimple, cist, cancer, or something else. Im a little worried and was wondering if u can give me some imput. Its also not on my testicles itself, its on the skin of the sack.
