My dad has a lump near his scapula on his back. He has had it for quite a while now, maybe 5 years. He didn't pay much attention to it back then because it was small like the size of a pea. Now it is about as big as a golf ball but a little bit smaller. It is about an inch long. Now after all this time is when he finally felt a pain sensation as he laid down to sleep one day. Every time you touch it, it hurts him. What could this possibly be? Is it cancerous? malignant or non malignant?
