Ok so no your not a virgin anymore as you did have penile penetration even if it wasn't all the way in. as for your hymen it could've broke and you didn't notice like maybe during your period. It has been known that hymen can break through fingering, tampon insertion, rough bike riding, masterbation, horseback riding etc. most think breaking hymen is when you lose virginiry but thats just not so as can break in other ways besides sexual activity. You lose your virginity by having sex with penile penetration, which you have.
