Hi. Im confused at the moment about my weight. Im a girl - 16 years of age, and since 12 have had quite a rapid weight gain. Ive put on about 260lbs in this time, pushing me up to 370lbs but don't mind it. Please excuse the pun, but ive actually GROWN to like it. Infact at one point (when i was a little lighter) i considered gaining a bit more, but realised this would be silly...but ive got bigger without even trying, anyway. Obviously, i love my food, but unlike most fatties i know; I love how i look and I love how i feel. And i would not trade it for the world.
Basically, im here to ask you something and before i do, i am not looking for answers like "This is incredibly un-healthy" and "This is wrong" or "Bad for you", nor do i want to be told i should probably lose weight or anything, as that is not what im interested in - you'll be wasting your time... thats not why i'm here. I am now satisfied with my body for the first time ever and I want to maintain my weight. I don't want advice on weight loss or lectures on why what im doing is bad. Im fully aware that it is not a very healthy life, but it is what i enjoy, and if i didn't like my body, or if i felt i was too unhealthy i would have lost weight by now. I can not stress the content of this paragraph enough.
All i want to know please, and what i need help with, is how i can maintain my weight without gaining or losing any more. I would also like to know how i can stay as healthy as possible at this exact weight (370lbs)
Hi,
Sasha i think you have to go with right ways, first is that you must do the exercise on daily basis for 1 hours.

Do you think if i do that amount of exercise, i'll be able to avoid weight gain or loss, whilst remaining as healthy as possible for someone of my weight?
Can i still be healthy at this weight?
