Major pimple swelling

at again my prolem is almost the same it was a blackhead on the lip and i poped it and the core was still in and it is swollen so bad i got antibotics, it looks like a burn it swelled so bad i was told to use vitaiam e mixed with benedryl gel cap it seem to help, it felt like fire ants on my lip, when it poped out the core was still in so i poked it with a needle and then found out it was a nerve not the core it swelled so bad all the way up to my noise and under the lip was very red this for 2 days it does seem to be gettting better very slow and hurts like heck i put the treatement on 2 or 3 times aday on how it burns i have to take pain killers it hurts so bad how long does it take to heal and i also use ice packs all day and night help please and i clean it with proxide i will never do that again so for now what can i do thank yo

so whatevrr happend? did yu get it checked out? ? cuz literally I have the same exact f**** thing on my jaw and it looks like a broken type of swollen this hurts bad its like a big ball and it wont pop it is a boil? ?!!

Whatever that thing is,it doesn't seem normal. It is right on my face too(cheek. To be exact),and on d first day I saw it, I took it for normal pimple,so I bursted the motherf*ucker.but the next day,it got worse;like eye-bags so I pressed it with cold water.... But now?...damn...it looks like a diamond;that big and hard,freaks the c**p out of ma pants.but with what I've Learnt from yall, am flying straight to my DOC tomorrow:to know wats really up...thanks.

I have gotten fucidin h prescribed to me and it's been effective. Reduces inflammation and itch.

i am having the kinda the same problem but i didnt try to pop it and it under my skin. did anyone find out how to make it stop. i dont have insurence and i am a poor college student. ive been trying hot water and rubbing alcohol. would that help? please respond to me soon!!!!!

Guys I have same issue since 10 years..
No permanent solutions available for it..
You can do few thing to get rid of it 1.have good sleep minimum 7 hrs daily 2. Whenever get big pimple and swelling around it..drink buttermilk (heat reducer) and plenty of water.
3. Avoid oily food and fast food.
4. Avoid coffee and tea too

Are you retarded?? Nothing skin related can effect your brain. Your pimples are caused by bacteria the reason why it's swelling is because your cells are reproducing to heal it it'll inflate then go back to normal sooner or later extra sebum will release (puss) if it's considered a white head night y'all....

I had the same thing few days ago.. I tried to pop an underskin pimple and day after that my face was swallen, even my left eye-bag :/
I went to the doctor immediately and she told me that this can cause brain infection. She gave me antibiotics and swelling dropped (not completely though). I'm so scared, I will see her again tommorow and see what should I do next

I've always had the odd spot here and there, I do not have acne but I've always got at least 1. I got one of them blind spots 2 days ago which I get once in a while like others, so I left it for a day (because they usually go down quicker by leaving them) but ended up trying to squeeze the next day because it was still there and which is a bad idea considering they don't have a head. I put ice on it the next day because it was sore from me poking at it and now a few hours later my forehead on one side is swollen as anything. I've had the spot be swollen before but never this much around the spot is so much bigger than the spot is. I'm going to the GP today incase it is something else?! Wish me luck!

Yes, Ive just started using PROACTIVE about a F/N ago & I got a blind pimple on my nose in between my eyes. I tried popping it with no luck but it caused my eye & my cheek to swell very badly plus i had a big sore on my nose. The swelling lasted a couple of days but now im left with an ugly scab. And make-up makes it stand out evan more. I might stoo using PROACTIVE

You have to be very consistent with antibiotics...if you take them on and off, the infection will become resistant to it because you aren't taking a high enough dose to fight it off.
