Male non sexual orgasms at the young age. Anyone heard anything similar?

I am male, and I can clearly remember lying and moving around on the floor at the age of around 4 onwards and having very intense orgasms. Is this normal?... as I later found ai had a tethered spinal cord which required surgery.

I find as a much older adult, that when I am very stressed, and have to rush something, that I can sometimes ejaculate. My Doctor said he had never heard of anything like this.
