So after 4 years huge pot abuse I started getting all these feelings at once. After reading this one reply you have settled my debate, I'm quitting. I know it's not going to be easy but it will be better than feeling like this, I now have a little girl and the thought of me dieing while she is so young tears me inside, yet haven't managed to cut the habbit. I cut my smoking right down to maybe a gram a week instead of 3or4 a day and still feel it.. thank you for the help on here everyone !!

Very well put, I've been experiencing the same thing. I wasn't sure what was wrong with me, still dont.. Just not smokin/dabbing extract or flower, due to what I was thinkin was an anxiety attack, and chest pains that don't leave after weeks of no use. Now practicing good health habits and trying to stay as bizzy as possible. Helps with anxiety/bad thoughts and not smoking weed, vaping nicotine juice or dabbing. It's been rough quitting it all cold turkey, withdrawals led to dipping until a nightmare of my teeth falling out with tobacco under my teeth. Eating healthy, and fun, bizzy activities have made all the difference.

People probably overlook this comment, but this is actually true, Smoked weed for 3+ years and then started having panic attacks because of severe pressure in my chest. Only lately have I realised that it is trapped gas which worsens when I smoke. I know its not my heart but it feels so much like it is that you cant help your anxiety going through the roof. Try any method to clear the gas and I bet you your anxiety will also leave. Wish I had have known this when it started, wouldn't wish a panic attack on anyone, its a dark experience! Makes me feel better that there's a community that share what I've been through.

I have the same problem when I smoke bud, my chest feels tight and I feel like I can't breathe. This only happens when I think about it. So I know it's all in my head and once I start to feel that I just tell myself your trippin out and Im better instantly.

Yes I experience tight chest pain whenever I'm high but it just started five months ago. I don't want to quit but I feel as if I need to as well.

yeah I had to stop smoking weed also. I smoked weed way before I started drinking, I was even getting cross faded with no problems. For at least a year and a half. Then out of nowhere, I smoked some high grade and started tripping balls. increased heart rate, burning sensation in my chest, uncontrollable movements to try and make it stop. So I stopped smoking weed, I really only drink beers now, but no panic attacks from smoking tree.
