I have been bodybuilding for about six months now and i used to masturbate regularly. However I decided to abstain to see what effect it had on my training.I have not masturbated for two months now and yes i am incredibly frustrated and tense but it is this that has made my workouts much more intense. I cant wait to get to the gym and it is though i am trying to work off my frustration pumping weights. I am certain that I would not be training as hard if i wasnt frustrated sexually. It helps that i have not got a partner at present so dont have to satisfy her and when it gets too much i just take a cold shower. I dont know how much longer i can last and have been close to the edge a number of times but i just like the intense feeling when i work out so intend to last as long as i can. I would advise all bodybuilders to try it!!

Well,I have an urge to ask that i'm into body building from around 6-7 months and from the last 1 week, i've not done the masturbation thing,but earlier,It was around 2-3 times a week. So,i'm quite ambiguous about the consequences of masturbating. Will it in any way affect my muscles if i continue doing it. On the other hand,i often tend to think that married people who are also in the same profession often have sex frequently, so its not a big deal if one masturbates frequently as both processes have the ejaculation.
So, what do you think would be the right perception for me,former one(not doing it) or the latter in regards with my bodybuilding?
