The easiest way is to get you one of those shower heads that has a hose attached. Get in the shower and remove the head and turn the water on low at just the right temperature. I have inserted a 55 inch (1.4 meter) snake dildo all the way up. So what you have to do is first clean out your entire large intestine, then use a anal gaper.
