I am 53 and have not had period for past 6 months. I am experiencing mild hot flashes and night sweats for past two months. I am also having mood swings and extreme fatigue. The night sweats wake me frequently thru the night causing a very poor sleep pattern. Do you have any suggestions that could help me improve sleep so as I might feel little more engertic thru the day? Do you have any suggestions that would help with any of the menapause sympotms.
