Same over here,
I ate too much brownies in one night, had cramps in my muscles in my right side of my body, heat feeling, sort of a sensation that my arm and leg don't belong to me..i thought i was going to die.
Two days after and i still felt on a different level of reality but then it passed but the physical symptoms stayed. I still have a feeling in the throat like muscles contraction and still sometimes the weird arm&leg sensation comes back. I started taking anti depressent because my mood was bad and it was exams period so i didnt want to f**k it up. Also took Vaben only when needed. Now it's 2 months after, i'm feeling 70% good. The symptoms come on and off and when they will dissappear i will be the happiest man on earth. I hope someone can relate of the feelings that im going throught and went a similar experience and tell how they treated it

Hi, i ate the brownies 6 months ago and i am still having a choking sensation in my throat. I feel good beside it, the depression is gone and other sensation are mostly gone but unfortunatly the thing in my throat is still there..It’s a process and it takes time for your body to heal.

I know this post is old but I would like to share my thoughts, about 3 months ago I also took a weed brownie. The effects didn’t kick in for 3 hours, I was sober one second and high as a kite the next. It came on too fast so I freaked out, had a panic attack and thought I was gonna die. I didn’t feel like my body was mine, all I thought about was random stuff that didn’t even make sense. I sat on my bed for about 2 hours forcing myself to go to sleep while my head felt like it was on fire. I was really depressed and felt like sh*t for about 2 weeks but eventually overcame it. It just takes time, I also found that exercising helps and meditation too. Up until last month I had flashbacks where I would feel exactly the same as that night. It eventually gets better, you just have to get through that period.

I have a choking sensation which follows me practically everywhere, it gets better with time and you see a minor improvement from month to month, but still, it doesnt just go away, but dont get your hopes down, keep on holding your belief that it was for the best, discover yourself, meditate, excercise more and slowly it will fade away. I dont have flashbacks anymore and that a good thing :) keep me updated with how are you feeling..
