can you take sleeping pills with methadone ?
hello i never took sleping pills with methadone but what works relly great for me is an over the counter sleeping aid called melatonin it comes in 1 , 3 or 5 mg and will put you to sleep easy i have used it fot over 2 years now and it still works , you wake up fresh not sleep or groggy , i highly eccomend it . ljf from brooklyn
