mild fever, weakness and other symptoms, im a hypocondriac who doesnt feel well!

I havent been feeling well, ive had a mild fever, weakness, loss of appetite, sometimes nausea and diarrhea or loose stool which leaves a yellow trace on toilet paper, im worried sick, please help me what could it be? im 20 years old, my mother says it could be an infection and my father say its something viral,please help, im desperate!
