Hello. About a month ago I have found out that I was pregnant. This was terrific news and my husband and I are already shopping some things for our baby.
As time goes by I'm hearing a lot of things about miscarriage and possible factors that can cause it.
Some say that it can be caused by extreme cold and some say that sexual intercourse can definitely harm my child. I don’t know any more what is the truth and what should I believe. So, I would like to find out more about miscarriage and factors that can contribute to it!
Thanks!

Hi. I was also a pregnant once and I know how some things can be stressful to one future young mother.
So, I will try to help you with some facts about miscarriage. Medical definition says that miscarriage is pregnancy loss that occurs before 20 weeks, before the fetus is able to survive outside the womb. A lot of things can cause it but none of these things are thoroughly understood.
Beside this physical loss- I believe that greater loss is emotional because it’s very common to feel shock, grief, depression, fatigue, and a sense of failure. Some women after miscarriage are afraid to get pregnant again. Most sensitive are the first two months of pregnancy so, during those first weeks of a pregnancy, you should try to keep yourself as well rested and stress-free as possible.
