I got my period after stop breastfeeding my seven month baby but I miss the second period and the pregnancy test has been negative twice.

I AM DOING SAME THING IT SAID I COULD BE 7 WEEKS PREGNANT BUT STILL NEGATIVE TEST RESULTS WHAT COULD BE GOING ON WITH ME?
