Hi there.  Last year I was diagnosed with lupus.  I've had many bad experiences with doctors and quite reluctant to see another one.  However, I'm having problems that have become quite worrisome.  I have this sensation of a small bug crawling in my right inner ear, my feet and toes cramp so bad that I can't walk until it improves, there was an incident while typing.  My brain was telling my hands to type but nothing happened.  It didn't last long but it scared the heck out of me.  Lately, my hamstrings are having spasms and my legs have the feeling they are going to give way.  I also have lumbar arthritis and daily back pain with terrible spasms.  My hands cramp and my finger joints are swollen.  I figure my hand problems are the result of my lupus.  However, I'm worried about all the other stuff.  Based on all of this, where should I turn?  I don't have the best insurance nor am I rolling in cash.  I don't want to go to doctor after doctor after doctor to get a diagnosis...again.  Should I see an orthopedic doctor? neurologist? I don't want to return to the rheumatologist.  Does this sound like MS or lupus?  I am 36 and my husband constantly says "I KNOW we talked about this" but I can never remember conversations.  I haven't told any of my family members about my NEW physical problems so any advice would be very much appreciated!  Thank you!!!
