Other possibilities include pregnancy or even cancer.

I had my last period was december 7th of 2011. This month I thought i was going to start because of the cramping, but I did not all i have been getting is a discharge, mucusy bloody discharge with an odd oder.
Is there a chance of pregnancy? You can have increased discharge early in pregnancy.
It may be vaginitis. The odor is a concern though.
See your doctor. Your period is almost two months late and you need an exam to identify the discharge. This is one of those situations in which you need to be seen to be diagnosed.
