I have about 4-5 moles on my scrotum and 2-3 on my penis. I keep getting more and more of them. What is this a result of? Is this dangerous? None of the ones I have are getting any bigger or changing color but I'm just getting new ones all the time.
Like you probably already know, it is normal for new moles to appear all the time.
It is important that they don’t change in size, shape, color, bleed, and go through other changes.

There are many men who have moles on their penises and testicles. Moles on penises and testicles are usually no larger than 6 mm. They may appear anywhere in the area, testicles or shaft. They may be flat or raised, brown or black.

There are bumps that appear on testicles that are red and look like moles. They are called angiokeratomas and represent some kind of dilated blood vessels. They are also harmless.

Some men decide to remove their moles from the pelvic area because they are embarrassed while others don’t. There are ways to remove them but they are usually painful. The procedures range from surgery, cauterization, laser treatment or freezing. They must be examined first to see if any of the procedures is possible.

I have almost 20 black moles on my balls sack. All are located above the blood veins, but above the skin. Why is this so? Is this curable? Can it be an std problem? What is the medication to remove this?
