The other night we had nacho's with Chili, after dinner we had to go to the store, we had company coming over the next day, while we were at the store he bent over, and started complaining that his stomach hurt, so I said I was going to have to take him home, and then he told me he was only playing, so I let him stay the night. The next morning he was in the bathroom throwing up, and running a fever. This is not the first time this has happened. He has a docs apt. in two weeks, and we are documenting what we feed him, I have him 3 days out of the week, but does any one have any other ideas.
The best thing for now is to write down what he is eating and also what is going on around him! And how long after does he vomit!? Sometimes children vomit from upheaval and you can get a fever from throwing up! So jot down everything without lettting him know and see if there is a pattern. I am leaning towards an allergy or being lactose intolerant! Also write down his bowel movements - how many, pain, color, smell etc. ALL these things the doctor will ask you to do - so you will be ahead of the game! Get a diary page off the internet and just print it off! Let me know in about a week what is going on OK?
