I went out Thursday night drank and danced loads. The next day my back and my calfs on my legs are in agony I can't stand up unless I'm crippled over! I had the worst night sleep because of this. But I'm not sure if it's just from a lot of dancing or is there a more serious issue?

Sounds like you over did it with drink and dance. No doubt your legs are sore. The alcohol you consumed certainly contributed to your lack of sleep. Excessive embibing has been known to do that. You might try taking a hot shower and if you can a good warm tub soak. If you have some Epsom Salts put some of that in the water to ease your sore calves and your back. I think you'll find this very soothing and it will help to relax your aching muscles. I'm sure it will take a few days before you get your legs back again. If you have some multivitamins you might want to take a couple of those. Double for the next couple of days. The minerals and vitamins will help repair your body.
