I feel I could use one but don't know the risks Can  someone tell me ? I'm 200 pounds,51 years old and believe me, if I had the money all saved up I would definitely do it. I think my husband would love me more if I weigh 150 and looked  better . My boobs are starting to go south but he says he does love me the way I am. I don't believe 1 word he says.
