To me I think that you are just over worried and that your not really ready to have sexual intercourse...You wouldnt have pregnancy symptoms just a day after intercouse, the process takes at least 3 to 4 weeks, its not something that just happens over night....Your aches and pains could be due to your period and your irregularity is something that is common with teens...
