my boyfriend is a truck driver and he has had tp hold his pea before for a period of a time the most recent 3 days ago and now he says it hurts really bad it feels like a blood vessel he said has popped or something he said the pain like follows one of the vessels all the way down and hurts lower too, he also has a whiteish like disharge coming out of the top of his penis but says it does not smell like cum or nothing,dont know what to do hes on the road n i dont know wheather or not he should try to find a hospitol please help.....melissa
You are not supposed to hold urine in as it can cause bladder infections. He needs to go see a doctor. The discharge could be pus from the infection.
