On march 3 i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and usally right after i get my period but i didnt get it for a couple days later and it was heavy for 2 and for 2 days it was really light i have really bad headaches and my breasts are sore am i pregnant

It's not likely that you are pregnant. You are at your lowest fertility just before your period and it's unlikely you'd get pregnant having sex up to a week before your period. The timing just isn't there as the egg would not be viable after about day 20 of your cycle.
You also had a period and said it was "heavy." Light spotting or light bleeding may occur but it should not be heavy.
You can test now. It's been almost 3 weeks and the test should be accurate.
