my discharge is very strong and I leave marks on chairs. How can I prevent that?

Hi im  16 I’m overweight and i have the same problem I’m in the 11th grade  in my math class we have green chairs in first period  and when i get up to get my calculator i peep a the little wet spot when i get up and i try to wipe it before anybody notice
