I am 15 and I just got back from a football checkup to my doctor and she is a lady. She told me to drop my pants and she needed to check my junk. She is quite pretty and I got a boner right away. I was really embarased and she told me not to worry. But that is all I have thought about. She probaly thinks I am a pervert or something.

Probably not. Your body is designed to get a boner when a lady touches you there. Just thinking about it probably gives you one now. At 15 you are at the peak of responsiveness to that so you can't really do anything to prevent it and she knows that.
She certainly doesn't think you are a pervert or anything like it.
Think about what I said and try not to be embarrassed about what happened. I think you are lucky to have a lady doctor. I dislike the thought of a man examining me. I have a female RNP at the VA and I'm much more comfortable with her examining me than I am with my male family doctor.

Why do you go to a female doctor?
At your age maybe you should change to a male doctor that way you eliminate the humiliation and it's a lot less awkward.
