No.. I doubt the probability is much higher, you're already at a great risk so much so that it would be impossible to tell if it was because you can't retract your foreskin or not. My point is you need to get it checked my friend, you either have it or you don't, you need to get it seen too immediately regardless of if you can or can't retract your foreskin.
