My girlfriend skipped her last period on birth control. Recently, she began slight spotting and bleeding for a couple of days, along with sore nipples. She has stopped bleeding, but her nipples are still sore and she is due a period in about 4-6 days. She has never had irregular periods and takes her birth control religiously. She just took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

Is she pregnant? Or is this normal?????
