So thing is, my girl had her monthly flow just about a week ago. But surprisinly she tells me that its satarted again..¿ And she's really freaked at this.. Is it normal or kinda weird?? I mean its not been even three weeks or four....?

Unfortunately for you you don't understand the female body mechanics and possibly neither does your gf. It is normal for this to happen in females and a lot of females get this. It doesn't mean she is pregnant as usually implant bleeding happens a week before your expected period. She will be fine and if she is still confused than she should talk to her mom.
