Hi my names nick I asm 35 I have very sore left testiclar it is swollen and also sore I went to the hospital on thursday and spent the whole day there as I was in so much pain its sat now and my testie is still very sore they also did a ultra sound on friday and my dr today said they found lumps should I be concerned about it being cancer as the dr said i have to get the lumps removed stright away thanks if u can help me out nick

If the lumps are on the testicle itself, it may indicate a hydrocele, varicocele, or a spermatocele. Sometimes you can have pain from these conditions.
Your doctor should be able to indicate what it is that they are seeing.
Usually, if it was cancer, it would NOT be painful. Everyone is different however.
Ask your doctor what the "lumps" are from.
