i've had this problem a very long time, but i didn't really start noticing it as bad until i started high school and, of course, started noticing the small imperfections.
well, my knees are always slightly bent, even when i lock my knees. it feels perfectly normal, and feels like they're straight, when in reality they're not.

any idea what it could be, or even how i can fix it?
Hi there, it's a slightly unusual problem but I don't think that it's anything to really worry about. I imagine that you may have a slight leg problem that was perhaps cleared up when you were younger and perhaps too young to remember but I don't think that it's anything that you should be concerned about. Frankly, locking your knees is bad for you anyway, so it's good that you're not able to do it. When did you first start noticing this? Is it relatively recent?
