hi, i'm karla, 27 yrs. of age, i am now 2 months delayed on my period (i don't have a boyfriend so basically i'm not pregnant). this is the first time that my period is delayed. my side belly becomes bigger, i am irritated most of the time, have headaches sometimes, and i think i gained so much weight, honestly i don't want this kind of feelings..so what do i need to do? what foods/drinks do i need to eat? please answer my questions..thanks in advance.
